Classes200 Hour Program

Teaching yoga is a flexible, rewarding career and can be a lucrative way to support your art, education or whatever your personal endeavors are.

The benefits you receive from this training will transcend beyond our classroom and into the rest of your life. Whether you go on to teach thousands of classes, help a loved one manage sciatica or use this training to deepen your own practice, you will have a skill "in your back pocket" to draw on and the foundation for promoting life-long health and well-being.

Our endeavor is to spread the practice of yoga to varied communities.  To that end, we offer our training at a comparatively low cost. Our mission: train highly qualified teachers and give them the necessary skills to create viable yoga communities at a reasonable price and not make them leverage the farm to do it.

Early Applications: $1,900
Late Applications: $2,200

How can we do this? We are not a studio.  We only do teacher trainings.  Since we are not affiliated with any studio, we do not have to charge high fees to pay our rent and manage our overhead.
Additionally, we are not tied down to one dogmatic approach to yoga. In fact, we require our students try different approaches to the practice while they are with us (see below). Our teachers are trained to be yoga curious, eager and above all, open-minded.

You do not need to have an extensive yogic background. We will give you the fundamental tools necessary to understand how to teach and practice. This 200-hour program immerses you in the practice of yoga, its history and teachings, proper alignment of asanas (postures), and anatomy and physiology as they relate to yoga. It explores how to find your authentic voice and develop classes that are creative, vibrant and fun, how to teach private clients and how to build a successful business that will thrive.

RYSOur trainings are intimate (maximum 20 people per training), personalized, extremely popular, and approved by and registered with the Yoga Alliance.

All programs are "intensives" comprising of:
Weekly meetings:
Wednesdays from 6:00p - 9:00p
And seven (7) weekends:
Friday evenings from 6:00p - 9:00p
Saturday - Sunday 9:00a - 6:00p Yoga Alliance
