300 Hour Mentorship Program

This program is for teachers interested in pursuing their advanced level teacher training in an intimate environment.  It is for self motivated teachers who can do independent research and want a personalized program. It is limited to 8 people.
 
When:
Wednesdays from 6:00p - 10:00p
Various Weekends (see below)
 
What:

• Asana Clinics: You will be expected to observe and teach in our 200 hour program Wednesday evening asana clinics. You will be assigned a small group of mentees to work with each Wednesday and will assist their learning, thus refining your skills. (96 hours) 
  

• On-line Journals and Discussion Groups:  you will be journaling one-on-one with a mentor once week as well as participating in on-line discussions and practices with your peers. (108 hours) 
  

• Weekend Clinics: hosted one Saturday a month, approximately from 9:00a - 3pm (times are subject to change. Exact dates are TBD and will be discussed among the mentor group to accommodate schedules). These monthly meetings we'll either be hosting guest presenters or going on field trips.  (36 hours)     Additionally, you will be asked to observe various teachers in our program. As this is a 6 month commitment, you get to decide when you would like to observe.  (24 hours)
  

• Putting up a class: you will design and put up either a workshop or class at the Yoga Collective. (6 hours) 

Total Contact Hours: 270
Total Non-Contact Hours: 30+
 
Cost:
$2800.00 if paid in full by January 11th
or $525/month. 
 
Requirements:
You must have completed a 200 hour certification. 
Be insured (whether you are currently teaching or not)
Have your CPR certificate
A one-on-one interview
A $500 deposit to hold your space 

Preference will be given to graduates of Three Sisters Yoga.
