I have a scheduling conflict that means I will miss a class. How do I make-up the time?
You have a year from the time you enroll to make up lost hours without incurring additional re-enrollment costs. Hours can be made up by:
- Attending a weekend or weekly meeting at future session (i.e. you enroll in the summer, but miss a weekend. You may attend a weekend in the Fall, Winter or Spring session to make-up those hours)
- Attend class with any of our teachers at any of the studios they teach (for a maximum of six (6) hours).
What are your class sizes?
We are dedicated to keeping our trainings small therefore, we will never have more than 25 students per training. However, we generally close each training at around 20 people. Our trainings do tend to fill so we recommend you apply as soon as possible to secure your space.

From an asana perspective, we are fundamentally a vinyasa studio and will teach you how to construct vinyasa style classes. We will also teach you how to break away from vinyasa when necessary and how to modify your classes so that you are well equipped to assist whomever you encounter. From a lineage perspective, we are “egalitarian” and aim to present a broad range of yogic thought for our students. All of our teachers have additional training in either a style or lineage (Kundalini, Hatha, Iyengar, Bhakti, etc.) that will greatly further your understanding of the practice of yoga.
