TSY 300 Hour Alum 2012
Erin Moon (800hr IAYT Candidate, E-RYT 500, YACEP) Erin's favorite part of her very first training in 2004 with Sonic Yoga was learning anatomy. It was her entry point to all that yoga has to offer. Through her love of anatomy she became aware of the huge potential of yoga in health and wellness and this has lead her to more deeply investigate the workings of the body and mind as well as delving into the subtle body sciences over the years. Married to this is Erin’s love of service in all forms. These two have come together beautiful in the co-creation of the Yoga Project with international NGO World Spine Care.
For over a decade she has immersed herself in anything to do with the science of the body and how it is reflected and upheld in all aspects of the science of yoga. In her 300hr, with Three Sisters Yoga, she focused on the neurophysiology of Stress and Yoga, following the work of Dr. Robert M. Sapolsky, among others.
