Renew, Reconnect, Refine

In competency, confidence and critical thinking skills, reaffirm your commitment to self-practice first as a student and then as a teacher. Self-motivated 200 hour yoga teachers earn an additional 300 hours of training with a personalized program founded in independent research and positive global impact, while guided by mentors and supporting the sangha to continuously push the envelope on how yoga can permeate lives on and off the mat.

Paced over a series of months, allotting a seasoned practitioner time to process and absorb the teachings, the lessons and the self-reflection,  our 300 hour program digs deeper into topics covered in our 200 program and more. From intermediate to advance asanas, detailed Ayurvedic practices, in-depth anatomy weaving together Eastern and Western science, learning Sanskrit mantras, mudras, chakras, 300 hour students/teachers also become junior mentors for incumbent 200 hour students, teach 200 hour practice classes and assist in sample classes. Though not required, many 300 hour students choose to partake a uniquely doled sadhana during their studies based on their lifestyle and current needs to further advance their studies.
