REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION:
This training requires you to attend and participate in weekly meetings and weekend "intensives."

In order to receive your certification, you must attend all lectures, participate in class discussions, engage in activities with your classmates and complete written assignments.

You are expected to practice yoga at your level of physical ability.

We understand that sometimes life conflicts with your endeavors. If you can not make it to class, you may attend classes and/or lectures at future trainings. You have one year from your enrollment to make-up missed hours. You may attend future weekly meetings or weekend modules at no additional charge for one year.

Enrollment provides you access to the material and teachers. You assume full responsibility for your participation and completion of your training.

You agree and understand that regardless of your completion of training, your tuition must be paid in full per the terms of your Payment Agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you fail to complete your training within the time allotted, you assume responsibility for any additional costs incurred.

A lack of participation, absences that are not made up or assignments that are not completed in a timely manner will result in dismissal from the program.

REFUND POLICY - APPLICATION DEPOSITS and FEES:
Cancellations received on or before acceptance notification: $100 processing fee.
Cancellations received after an acceptance notification has been sent: $250 cancellation fee.
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing.
No refunds seven (7) days prior to program start date.

REFUND POLICY - TUITION:
Once paid in full the tuition is non-refundable.
You may defer enrollment for up to a year if necessary.

REFUND POLICY - DISMISSAL:
No monies will be refunded to any student who is dismissed. Monies will not be refunded if you do not complete your training.
